We don’t want the imbalance, our data comes imbalanced and we really wanted to have high accuracy on majority classes (of course, we wanted to predict well on minority classes too if we can achieve both).

If you want to handle this imbalance, there are several strategies: 1).Over-sampling minority classes. 2). Under-sampling majority classes. 3). Use other algorithms.
