Thanks for reaching out. I have not done exactly what you described. But many other techniques can be applied to your case. To answer your company’s questions, you need to have data prior to the start of the campaign, during the campaign, and after the campaign, using the same time frame, to compare whether the campaign had an effect, and for which customer clusters, vice versa.
